A landlord since the age of 28, Shelly has owned, invested in, and renovated several properties of her own. She genuinely enjoys the construction side of it too – whether she’s running the crew or picking up the tools and doing the work herself.

Shelly is an enthusiastic super-couponer and is always up for karaoke, trivia, or the occasional comedy set. When she’s not working on a property or hunting down a bargain, she’s usually spending time with her dogs or unraveling complex real estate transactions for fun.
