In Office

We can close your home purchase in our office or your real estate agent’s or lender’s office

Virtual

Can’t attend closing? No problem. We offer flexible options to make sure your closing happens on your terms.

Our closers are licensed to conduct Remote Online Notarization (RON) — a fully secure virtual closing process that lets you sign every document from anywhere in the world. Through video conferencing and electronic signing, your Great East closer guides you through each signature, one at a time, just as they would in person.

If RON isn’t the right fit, we can also send a vetted notary directly to your location anywhere in the U.S.

On Location

We can meet you at the location of your choice! We will travel to your preferred location to make the closing process as easy as possible.
